Flying the flag over Admiralty Arch
Facelift Access Hire had the honour of helping with maintenance work to the flag pole on top of Admiralty Arch in London, the Arch is close to Trafalgar Square at the opposite end of the Mall to Buckingham Palace. We used our 61 metre Bronto XDT, one of the largest truck mounted platforms in the UK, to complete the task.
On a sunny Sunday morning, and with minimal disruption to the traffic, the Bronto 61 moved into position with our clients aboard to fit and secure the ropes and pulleys to the flag pole. One of Facelift Access’s fully trained and very experienced operator’s was in control of the platform. The Bronto 61xdt manoeuvred precisely to complete the delicate job quickly and safely so the Union Jack can fly again over the arch.
We pride ourselves at Facelift Access to give an expert service and now with over 25 years experience working safely within the powered access business.
