Demolition body produces Do's and Don'ts booklet, including work at height safety guidance
This booklet has been produced as a guide in identifying potential hazards and adopting good practices by all involved in the demolition process. The people who most benefit from this guide will include; site supervisors, operatives and especially new starters.

The National Federation of Demolition Contractors is the voice of the UK demolition industry. It is dedicated:
• To a continual improvement of the demolition industry for the benefit of its members, customers, and the general public through training, monitoring and policing of best practices;
• To enhanced flow on information and discussion between the demolition industry and Government, trade and technical organisations;
• And customers for the betterment of the industry at large; And to raising the profile of the demolition industry to ensure that it receives due recognition for its commitment to training, health and safety, and the improved working conditions it affords its members and their employees.
The booklet was launched at the National Demolition Training Group’s annual general meeting and was initiated by the NFDC and NDTG CEO Howard Button. Copies of the book are also available in the UK by using the NFDC Publication Order Form.
