Facelift has raised a whopping £360 for a local children’s charity with the sale of a stunning oak owl carved from one of the trees at its Hickstead depot.
The owl was hand carved last month by Luke from local business Pixie Mushrooms Chainsaw Carver and all funds raised from the sale go to Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice in Sussex, which cares for 300 life-limited children, both at the hospice itself and at children’s own homes.
