Get ready for Gender Pay Reporting
There’s less than a month to prepare for the Gender Pay Reporting legislation which will come into full effect from 4 April 2018.
Requiring large companies with more than 250 employees across all industries to publish their gender pay gap annually, the legislation aims to increase pay transparency by reporting the overall difference in hourly pay between men and women and also look at the bonus pay gap.
When publishing their results, employers will have the opportunity to explain their results as well as give details of how they will eliminate and reduce the gender pay gap with their company.
