Go Fund Me in memory of Ray Schofield, Newcastle depot manager
We are very sorry to announce that Ray Schofield, our depot manager at Newcastle, has passed away.
Though only with Facelift since the summer, Ray made a big impact. He was liked by colleagues and customers alike and always ready to share the considerable expertise he built up during 12 years in the plant hire industry.
He has been described as a “warm, kind and caring family man”, who was “full of life, with a wonderful sense of humour and who would always look for any opportunity to make others laugh and smile”.
Ray’s death was sudden and unexpected so a Go Fund Me has been set up to ease the burden on Joanne, his partner of 25 years and his sons Callum (18) and Liam (12).
RIP Ray. You will be sorely missed by everyone at Facelift.
