Introducing new PASMA cards

Introducing new PASMA cards

30 March 2013 Email this article

The eagle eyed among you may have noticed that new certificates from the Prefabricated Access Suppliers’ and Manufacturers’ Association (PASMA) have been introduced this week, and to accompany these new PASMA cards have also come into circulation too.

In order to prevent fraud, these new look PASMA cards boast several additional security features which make them exceedingly difficult to duplicate, making it much more unlikely that unqualified people will be able to work on site simply by obtaining a fraudulent card.

Old-style PASMA cards will still be valid until their expiry date as the new cards are phased in. All operatives issued with new cards from April 2013 will receive the new style cards.
