New confined spaces course launched
Facelift’s Health and Safety offering continues to grow, with the most recent addition to its portfolio being Confined Spaces training.
From August, we will be providing a full suite of training on this topic to customers, from a one-day awareness course, to a more detailed three-day course for supervisors. The course comes in response to the growing number of injuries and fatalities in confined spaces every year.
Designed by experts in the field of search & rescue in confined spaces with over 50 years combined field experience, the courses provide a training programme that will enable each delegate to have a comprehensive understanding of the Confined Spaces Regulations 1997. It will also help them gain practical experience of operating in confined spaces, using specialist equipment and managing emergency procedures. As with all Facelift training, it can be fully customised to reflect the sort of environment our customers might find themselves in, meaning they really will be able to put what they’ve learned into practice.
Delegates will finish the course with a keen understanding of the potential hazards present when attempting to carry out any work in confined spaces and will be confident about how they can work safely in these sorts of situations.
