Quality of service wins new sales for Facelift
The sales team is celebrating after East Village Management Ltd, who manage the 2012 Olympic Village made three large purchases of access equipment – Facelift’s largest order of 2014.
The firm bought a Nifty HR21 4x4 Hy Brid, a Genie GS1932 Electric Scissor and an FS420 Spider 42m tracked platform.
Russell Woodward, Sales Manager at Facelift, said: “Naturally, we’re delighted to be working with East Village Management, and we feel that the fact we’re working with increasingly prestigious businesses demonstrates our ability to deliver not just the right equipment, but the right package. For example, we also offer an after-sales service that includes training, maintenance and LOLER certification.
“Big business contracts aren’t won just on price, but on quality of service. Firms such as East Village Management, and other big clients such as Jaguar, know that it isn’t just a transaction but a partnership and that’s what makes them want to work with us.”
