Strategic Partnership with Home Repair Network Limited
The Painting & Decorating Association (PDA) and Home Repair Network Limited (HRNL) have agreed a strategic partnership that will utilise individual PDA Members to undertake Painting & Decorating work as part of an Insurance repair claim
The HRNL business undertakes property repair services for several of the leading UK Property Insurance Companies by using vetted and approved local Tradespersons and Building Contractors.
Other networks recently set up by Home Repair Network to service UK property damage claims include, Roofing, Garage Doors, Plastering and Entrance Gates.
HRNL believe a gap exists in the current Insurance property repair market for a professional Painting & Decorating Tradesperson service, rather than the current solutions that predominantly use ‘Multi Skilled’ operatives to repair Customers homes.
There is no charge for PDA members to join the HRNL Painting & Decorating Network, nor are there any deductions from invoices, no license fees or other amounts charged. HRNL generates its income by charging a fixed fee to the Insurance Company for accessing the network, the validation of the claim, the building of an accurate estimate and the management of any repairs undertaken.
Discussing the partnership, HRNL Managing Director, Ian Hogarth said: “I’m delighted to be formally partnering with the PDA to provide a high-quality UK wide Painting & Decorating service for our Insurance clients and their Customers through the PDA’s accredited members.
“We believe the PDA is a great partner for HRNL as it embraces the highest standards of professionalism and integrity we require from our network members and we are looking forward to working closely with them to provide additional business opportunities to their members who consistently provide a high-quality Painting & Decorating service.”
PDA Chief Executive Officer, Neil Ogilvie added “The PDA is happy to be working in partnership with Home Repair Network Ltd, and see the initiative as a great new benefit for our members”.
