A man was spotted cleaning windows from the narrow window ledges, next to a Mace site in central London, UK, recently. We have few details, but he is clearly working at a height well in excess of eight metres. With seemingly little to stop him falling backwards.
No doubt that this is one of the worst we have seen in some time.
