Zoom in on €1000 with the IAPA Photo competition
If you never go anywhere without your camera phone, why not enter the International Awards for Powered Access’ (IAPA) photography competition for the chance to win a cool €1000.
A celebration of some of the fantastic sights witnessed by members of the powered access industry as they take a birds-eye view of the world around them, the competition allows anyone working in the field to share some of the wonderful sights they’ve seen, and be in with a chance of winning the not-to-be-sniffed-at prize money.
The competition’s judges are looking for “a spectacular or beautiful shot that helps promote access equipment and/or highlights an important aspect of safety or productivity”. The photo must have been taken on a real job, with all proper safety procedures in place.
The competition is a celebration of amateur talent, so is not open to professional photographers or the media, and the prize will go to the individual operator, site worker, service engineer, delivery agent, trainer, trainee or manager who takes the best picture.
If you’d like to enter, send your photos to Euan Youdale, editor of Access International magazine via email firstname.lastname@example.org, or directly to your contact at IPAF. The closing date for the competition is the 1st February 2014.
